I think I have been a good client of this clinic but as a result of a treatment I had in 2021 in which, among other things, I had 2 root canals and a 4-piece metal crown (not recommended by other professionals) at having to polish healthy pieces apart from the damaged ones. After a year I had an abscess as a result of one of the root canals performed (retained piece of metal). As a result of this infection, I returned to the clinic again (1 year) and they recommended that I dismantle the crown and extract the piece because it was fractured (in other radiological tests, including a scan, no fracture appears) and put in an implant with everything that entails ( regeneration surgery, bone filling, membrane, etc.) and the corresponding crown and the partial loss of the anterior crown and with the corresponding additional budget. I consulted with other professionals including maxillofacial surgeons and they did not recommend extraction or removal of the crown. I could have a re-endodontic procedure or an apicoectomy as a last resort and in the end it was solved with the first option. With all this I mean that I still have my original piece and the inconvenience has been eliminated. That is why I recommend that if we are not satisfied with the diagnosis of a clinic or a professional, we consult with other dental centers and we will surely find the best solution. And it hurts me that there are no guarantees for a treatment that you received a year ago.
